    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
    • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce (smoky or sweet)
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
    • 1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar (optional for sweetness)
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the base ingredients

    • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and barbecue sauce.

    • Stir until the ingredients are well blended.

Step 2: Add seasonings and vinegar

    • Stir in apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).

    • Mix thoroughly to incorporate all the flavors.

Step 3: Adjust the flavor

    • Taste the sauce and add honey or brown sugar if you prefer a sweeter flavor.

    • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your liking.

Step 4: Chill the sauce

    • Cover and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
