Dole Coleslaw

Ingredients

For the Salad:

    • Dole coleslaw mix: 1 bag (14 oz)

    • Green onions (optional): 2, finely chopped

For the Dressing:

    • Mayonnaise: ½ cup

    • Apple cider vinegar: 2 tablespoons

    • Sugar: 1 tablespoon

    • Dijon mustard: 1 teaspoon

    • Salt: ½ teaspoon

    • Black pepper: ¼ teaspoon

Instructions

Make the Dressing

    1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Prepare the Salad

    1. In a large mixing bowl, add the Dole coleslaw mix and chopped green onions (if using).

Combine the Ingredients

    1. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix.

    1. Toss well to coat all the cabbage and carrots evenly.

Chill and Serve

    1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.

    1. Serve chilled as a side dish or topping.
