The Starbucks Chicken Sausage Wrap is a breakfast wrap made with scrambled eggs, seasoned chicken sausage, cheddar cheese, and a soft tortilla. It is lightly toasted for a crispy exterior while remaining soft and cheesy inside.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Wrap:

    • 2 large eggs – Light and fluffy base for the filling.

    • 1 pre-cooked chicken sausage (sliced or crumbled) – Lean protein with savory flavors.

    • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese – Adds a creamy, melty texture.

    • 1 tablespoon milk – Helps keep the eggs soft and creamy.

    • 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil – For cooking the eggs.

    • 1 large flour tortilla (burrito-sized) – The perfect wrap to hold all ingredients together.

For Seasoning:

    • ¼ teaspoon salt – Enhances the overall flavors.

    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper – Adds a mild kick.

    • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional) – Adds extra depth to the eggs.

For Optional Additions:

    • ¼ cup sautéed spinach – For added greens and nutrients.

    • ¼ avocado (sliced) – Brings a creamy texture.

    • 1 tablespoon salsa or hot sauce – For an extra kick.

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Chicken Sausage

    • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or olive oil.

    • Add sliced or crumbled chicken sausage and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly crispy.

    • Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 2: Scramble the Eggs

    • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.

    • Add butter to the same pan and pour in the egg mixture.

    • Stir gently over low heat for 2–3 minutes until soft and fully cooked. Remove from heat.

Step 3: Assemble the Wrap

    • Lay the flour tortilla flat and sprinkle half the cheese in the center.

    • Add the scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, and remaining cheese.

    • If using spinach, avocado, or salsa, add them on top.

Step 4: Fold and Toast the Wrap

    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly like a burrito.

    • Place the wrap seam-side down in a dry pan over medium heat and toast for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

    • Let the wrap rest for 1 minute, then slice in half and serve warm.
